The same core, with an agent that works within it
Modern ERP with AI Agent places the Noviz agent inside the complete ERP core. Colleagues delegate tasks to the agent, which executes them through the ERP’s native workflows, validation rules and approval controls, without requiring knowledge of the underlying screens or process steps.
The agent operates under the same permissions as the person delegating the task. It can also carry out routine work that spans several steps, such as preparing a quotation or following up an outstanding balance, and it keeps a record of what it has done.
Task execution on live records
Tasks across sales, stock, receivables and supplier balances are executed on current records under the ERP’s own rules, rather than on figures prepared in advance.
