Noviz AI respects the privacy and security of customer and business information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when using the Noviz AI ERP Agent and related services.

Data processing

Noviz AI connects ERPNext to its AI platform through a secure, encrypted Relay API. Data required to process an AI request is transmitted through this protected infrastructure and is used only to provide the requested AI functionality.

AI and LLM providers

To provide AI capabilities, relevant information may be securely processed by authorized AI/LLM providers under appropriate commercial, privacy, and security agreements. Noviz AI does not sell or intentionally expose customer data to unrelated third parties.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption, secure APIs, access controls, and protected infrastructure, to safeguard information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

Noviz AI does not intentionally retain customer ERP data longer than necessary to provide the Service. Limited technical information, usage records, logs, and diagnostics may be retained when necessary for security, billing, troubleshooting, and service operation. Noviz Pro download links expire automatically 48 hours after purchase; we retain order and contact records only as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal compliance.

What we collect through this website

We only collect information you choose to give us, through the forms on this site:

• Contact form: name, email, and message.
• Consulting request form: name, email, company, phone number, and message.
• Noviz Pro purchase form: name, email, phone number, and payment details.
• Noviz AI Cloud subscription: account email, company name, and payment details for billing.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site. Submitted information is used only to respond to your message, fulfil an order, activate a subscription, or follow up on a consulting request — copies are also sent to our own team inbox so we can act on them.

Payment and personal information

Noviz Pro purchases and Noviz AI Cloud subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. We do not store complete payment card details or CVV information — Razorpay handles that directly, and our server only verifies the payment result before releasing a download link or activating a subscription. We do not sell user email addresses or personal information.

Email delivery

Form submissions and order confirmations are sent via our transactional email provider. Your email address is used solely to deliver the response, confirmation, or download link you requested, never for marketing without your separate consent.

Customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for the information they provide, their own ERPNext environment, user permissions, credentials, backups, and ensuring they have the necessary rights to process their business and personal data through the Service.

Third-party services

Noviz AI may use trusted infrastructure, payment, AI/LLM, security, and other service providers necessary to operate the platform. Such providers are subject to their own applicable privacy and security obligations.

Your rights

Where applicable under law, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing support@noviz.in.
