Business Central Extension brings the centrally operated Noviz AI agent into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Users state what they need, such as the latest sales quote, customers with overdue balances or open purchase orders, and the agent retrieves the records, presents them as tables or record cards, and prepares documents for confirmation.
The extension carries out each step within Business Central itself. The agent's reasoning runs on the Noviz platform, while the data stays under Business Central's own permission model, and every improvement to the agent reaches your environment without a new project.
Inside Business Central
Installed as a Business Central extension. Noviz AI appears on each user's home page, next to Customers, Vendors and Items, with nothing else to install.
Your permissions, unchanged
Every read and every change runs inside Business Central as the signed-in user, so existing permission sets decide what the agent may see and do. No Microsoft Entra app or OAuth consent is required.
Real documents
Quotes and orders are created with their lines and validated by Business Central's own rules. Document PDFs come from the report layouts your company already uses.
How it is set up
- Request access below with your company and Business Central environment.
- We provide the extension and install it with your administrator, in a sandbox first if you prefer.
- Your administrator allows the extension's outgoing connection and chooses Activate in Noviz AI Setup.
- Users with the Noviz AI permission set find Noviz AI on their home page and can begin immediately.
